Awards Season: Key Dates Leading Up to the 2024 Oscars

The 96th annual Academy Awards are less than three months away.

But before Hollywood’s biggest night arrives, there are several other awards shows, events and festivals taking place leading up to the Oscars. This year’s awards season is also particularly anticipated following the historic months-long writers and actors strikes that occurred last year, bringing Hollywood to a halt.

Some of the upcoming awards ceremonies include the Emmy Awards, which were delayed due to the strikes, the Golden Globes, the Critics Choice Awards and the Film Independent Spirit Awards.
