Will Arnett and Kathryn Hahn are showing off their shopping chops in a new campaign for Dick’s Sporting Goods. Cheekily titled “Click on Dicks.com,” the ad serves to promote Dicks.com as a go-to shopping destination for sporting equipment, apparel, accessories and gift ideas.
Hahn’s spot finds her doing a last-minute (online) run to pick up sneakers for her nephew’s basketball tryouts. Naturally, they arrive on time (because, Dicks.com). The clip features the store’s wide assortment of products, that not only include brand name sneakers, but also basketballs, workout mats and even the viral Stanley cup.

Arnett, meantime, plays a father who needs to pick up soccer cleats for his daughter. The ad shows the actor literally and metaphorically diving into the world of online shopping, stocking up on said-cleats and dozens of other items (including golf clubs for himself).
Arnett says playing the father of young athletes isn’t exactly a stretch. “My one son is super into boxing and, as a family, I’m trying to get them more and more into golf,” the actor tells THR. “I feel like it is selfish of me, but it also makes me a great dad. I’ll let America decide.”
The new commercial spots were directed by screenwriter and actress Lake Bell. As part of the campaign, Dick’s Sporting Goods Foundation provided Arnett and Hahn with a $100,000 “Sports Matter Grant” each, to go towards a youth sports organization of their choosing. Arnett selected two organizations for his Sports Matter Grant: Girls Play LA and New Haven Soccer Club, which will each receive $50,000. Hahn chose Beat The Streets Cleveland as her recipient.
Fans of the actors, meantime, can see the full commercials and campaigns on Dicks.com. The site is currently offering free shipping on orders over $49 or more for their “ScoreCard” members, plus same-day delivery with Instacart and Doordash in most markets, as well as one-hour curbside pickup.
